People that want to attend accredited Colleges in Ontario must apply online to Ontario Colleges website. You can apply to up to five different programs for the same fee. Follow these simple steps, or see the specific program page for tailored instructions on how to apply.
Step 1: Research Colleges and Programs
Before you start your application, take the time to research your options. Check out the programs area of the website or contact an Oshki-Wenjack representative.
- You cannot receive an acceptance letter without an application.
- If you are applying for funding you will need to supply an acceptance letter with your funding request.
Step 2: Create an ontariocolleges.ca Account
Once you’re ready, create an account on ontariocolleges.ca to begin your application. Here’s what you can do with your account:
- Apply to any of Ontario's public colleges.
- Review and update your application.
- Request transcripts from Ontario high schools (if applicable).
- Request transcripts from Ontario colleges or universities.
- View and accept offers of admission.
Important Information Before You Apply
- The application processing fee covers up to 5 program choices (no more than 3 at the same college).
- All program choices must start in the same academic year (August - July).
- There may be additional fees for transcript requests.
- Your username is permanent.
- Your password must be 8 to 14 characters long.
- Use a valid email address.
- Do not create more than one account.
- The application works best with specific web browsers.
Step 3: How to Apply
- Log in to your ontariocolleges.ca account.
- Enter your personal information and educational history. Fill out all sections.
- Add your program choices.
In the My Applications section you can search for Oshki-Wenjack programs by their course code. - Request your transcripts (If you're a current Ontario high school student, most schools automatically send your grades).
- After checking that all the information is correct, pay the application fee and any additional transcript fees. You MUST pay before you can get an offer of admission.
- Log back in to verify your transcript information or update your application.some text
- Note: Changing program choices after February 1 may affect your chances of receiving an offer, as applications are considered on a first-come, first-served basis.
- If you remove a program choice, the college will know you are no longer interested.
- After November 1, log in again to view and confirm offers of admission.

Important Dates
- October: Applications open for programs starting the following fall.
- November 1: Colleges may start sending offers of admission.
- February 1: Equal Consideration Date – apply by this date for highly competitive programs.
- May 1: Deadline to confirm offers of admission (colleges may extend offers after this date).
- Mid-June: Tuition deposit payment due.
