This 2-year, 5-semester program will give you a head start in your profession or help you discover your passion in business by exploring a wide range of subjects, including marketing, accounting, human resources, and business fundamentals.

Graduates may find employment in finance, accounting, First Nation band management, marketing, business development, and health and education offices. Our Business Diploma program spans two years (five semesters), and registered students earn a Business Fundamentals Certificate upon successfully completing the third semester. In partnership with Confederation College, Oshki-Wenjack’s blended delivery method allows you to earn your diploma while completing most of your coursework from your home community. You will engage in online and independent study and attend classes in Thunder Bay for 14 consecutive days, twice per semester.

Applying to a course with an Accreditation Partner has multiple steps:
This Oshki-Wenjack application form will start the process and will ask for detailed information such as:
You will receive a confirmation within four business days.
Create an OCAS account and fill out the application. Search for your program choice first and then select the Oshki campus.
There is a non-refundable fee of $150 (subject to change) payable by debit or credit card. If you do not have a debit or credit card, our recruitment team can help you arrange it.
After your completed application is submitted, you will need to check back into your OCAS account and watch for an official offer letter to the program of your choice, and then you must accept the offer in a timely manner. Offers do expire.
Please keep in mind that books are not included in tuition and need to be purchased separately.
Getting funding for this program?
Contact your First Nation community funding agency to confirm deadlines for funding applications and apply for funding. Your application may only be considered if your application is received on time.
Oshki-Wenjack is not responsible for submitting your funding applications, but staff can support you in completing them. You may also wish to apply to OSAP for loans and grants. In addition, Oshki-Wenjack’s Financial Aid Officer (financial-aid@oshki.ca) is available to assist you with OSAP applications and to help you research and apply for scholarships and bursaries.
Once it arrives, send your confirmed sponsorship letter to admissions@oshki.ca. You can register for your classes once the Sponsorship Letter is received.
Self-funding your tuition fees?
If you are self-funding, you can pay your tuition by contacting our admission officer for assistance at admissions@oshki.ca.
